There is a little road we took yesterday, i-71, in Texas, where everything seems just perfect. The cows are healthy and the land is marsh.

The Van is a mess. We had the best meal so far on this trip. It was in Austin at a place called Blue Dahlia. Everything is really fresh and healthy. Capers and olive oil on the sandwich was a nice touch. Collectively the band give it an average of 4 stars (for food and service).

Met a great man named Victor last night who taught me a thing or two about a thing or two. He was homeless, a transplant from New Orleans, and looked like Leadbelly almost. He was a sweet man with a great wisdom.

Now we are on our way now to New Orleans. Most of us have never been and we are all really excited.

This road is an ocean, tide is high.
